SHIPPING TERMS

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order ("Order Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the "Shipping Confirmation"). A contract with us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order in a separate Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in our or our third party fulfillment provider's inventory.

Tracking Shipments

If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package via the My Accounts page (click on your email address at the top right of the page after loging in). The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail If you receive a Shipping Notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information.

  1. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.
  2. Oversized-items have special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-6 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.
  3. Until International shipments leave the U.S. shipping hub, or our international shipping hub you may not have tracking information.
  4. For packages shipped by some carriers, we can display only a delivery confirmation number. We cannot display tracking information on items shipped by these carriers.
Delivery Information

Delivery time for most items ordered throught this site will take upto 10 to 15 business days, depending upon the size and availability of the item, your shipping address, etc. If you do not receive your item within 15 business days, you may contact us at sales@aromacraze.com. Please note that we do not provide expedite shipping at present. This may change in future. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Shipping Method/Carriers

We use a variety of domestic and international carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Some items may be too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address.

Signature Requirements

Signature will be required upon delivery for shipments over $200.

Prices and availability of products:

Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.On very rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available in our or our third party fulfillment provider's inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.

International Shipping

AromaCraze gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. The rules for Shipping to each country are different and so is the cost. AromaCraze will charge you the extra amount needed to be shipped above the Fixed Rate Shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your international packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Execula, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Placing Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses

Our website accepts only one shipping address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Please email sales@aromacraze.com within 1 day of placing the order. We will gladly cancel the order if the order has not processed and shipped. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of Credit card processing fees.


RETURN POLICY:

We have a NO RETURN POLICY for products.

You may return your products to us only under following terms:

  1. You may return a product, if the product shipped to you was materially different from what was ordered. Minor differences relating to color, size, texture, etc., will not be sufficient for us to accept the returns.
  2. If there is a material defect in a product shipped to you, you may return it us only if the product is in its original and unused condition. A defect is material if it renders the product unfit or unusable for its intended purpose.
  3. You may also return a product if we erroneously shipped you a wrong product. The error must be ours and should not have been caused due to your erroneous communication.
  4. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery to you. We inspect all returned items and will not provide any refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
  5. You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
How to Return an Item

Please email sales@aromacraze.com the Order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you back after we can research the information. The order number and order information can be found in the "My Accounts" section. You can reach this section by clicking on your email address after loging into the website
